Ang Hindi Inaasahang Pambalak

Nakita ko ang mga market frenzy—meme coins, NFTs, kahit bibe na may blockchain. Pero ito? Ito ay iba. Noong Hunyo 25, si Bill Pulte, apo ng isang tycoon sa bahay at head ng FHFA, biglang inilabas: sinusuri niya ang paggamit ng Bitcoin bilang collateral sa mortgage.

Kaya hanggang makapag-aproba ang federal government, mas mataas pa rin rate at riskier terms—in like early-stage VC with extra papers.

Ang Bigger Picture: Mula Sa Spekulasyon Hanggang Utility
